by Lost Traveller in Boy Sees Flying Saucer

Boy Sees Flying Saucer, a world premiere new play is now being performed at The Growing Stage, The Children's Theatre of New Jersey through Sunday, March 25. Written by Mike Czuba, the show is based on the true and original story Brian Dorscht. It enjoys inspired direction by Danny Campos and features a cast of thespians that make this dynamic production pure pleasure. While it is recommended for ages 7 and up, this is a show for the entire family. We are sure that teens and adults will enjoy it as much as the youngsters.

Boy Sees Flying Saucer occurs in a small town sometime in the 1960's. Bobby Radcliffe panics when he thinks he has lost his new bicycle and concocts a story that it was taken away by a UFO, a tale that quickly spreads thanks to his sister, Stacy. The town is soon alarmed and Bobby becomes the focus of unwanted attention by law enforcement and media. But he also gains fame and popularity. While Bobby grapples with telling the truth to his friends and family about his lost bike, a Mystery Man appears. Could there be some extraordinary extra celestial events after all?
