The third installment of the Kingsman film series will be released on November 9, 2019, according to The Hollywood Reporter. This release date had been previously reserved for Bond 25, which has been pushed to early 2020.
Linda Thompson's career began in the much beloved late '60s/early '70s British folk-rock scene, when she went by the name Linda Peters. At first, she was mostly a session singer and a part of a short-lived duo with Paul McNeill with whom she released two singles, in 1968 and 1969. McNeill happened to be friends with Sandy Denny, and soon so was Linda. She became one of the “supergroup” of musician friends related to Fairport Convention for the 1972 The Bunch album, a side project of sorts that highlighted rock hits of the '50s. The album's single featured Linda and Sandy covering the Everly Brothers' “When Will I Be Loved.” Also in 1972 Linda married Richard Thompson; she and Sandy can be found in the credits for his solo debut, Henry the Human Fly. Beginning in 1974, albums started appearing by Richard & Linda Thompson, winding up with 1982's classic Shoot Out the Lights — which also signaled the end of their marriage.

I hit up the Ordway's MAMMA MIA! on Friday night and then 'Mamma Mia: Here We Go Again!' (the new film sequel) on Sunday night and had the tunes used in both stamped on my brain for two weeks straight. And I didn't mind a bit. MAMMA MIA! is hard not to love, which is likely why both the stage show and film were such mega hits, the former spawning a 'jukebox musical' wave of Broadway.
It was announced today that Tony Award-winning director Michael Grandage will helm a film adaptation of book Jack and Lem: The Untold Story of an Extraordinary Friendship by David Pitts, the film will explore the incredible thirty-year friendship between John F. With a summer filled with big superhero blockbuster films, the Mamma Mia! sequel opened with $34 million domestically and $76.4 million globally, which is a promising start for the upbeat jukebox musical.

With the recent theatrical release of Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again, the stars are beginning to buzz about the potential for a third ABBA film. But according to Entertainment Weekly, it doesn't seem likely that we'll be making a return trip to the Grecian island just yet.
Let's be honest: it doesn't really matter what I, or any critic, have to say about Mamma Mia 2: Here We Go Again. We know what we're signing up for: campy, fun covers of ABBA songs, a plot that only sort of matters, a bunch of stars having an absolute blast, and pretty island panoramas. The movie's soundtrack, much like its predecessor, rides more on the delightful fun of the songs than on their emotional depth or Broadway-ready performances. The key difference between this soundtrack and the 2008 original is that the former plays, at least in part, to audiences' affection for the latter. In fact, several moments correspond almost directly, giving us a chance to see how far these characters have (or have not) come, which covers for the fact that most of these songs are pulled from ABBA's second tier.
While tropical cyclone Henry was leaving the country, United International Pictures, via Columbia Pictures, held the Philippine premiere of “Mamma Mia: Here We Go Again” in Makati City last Tuesday, graced by a sizable crowd, some members of the press and MCA Music (Universal Music Philippines) signed artists Sabrina, Elha Nympha, and Noel Comia Jr.
