Ellen Theatre Announces November Events The month of November kicks off with the screening of Won't You Be My Neighbor? on Friday, November 2 at 7:30 PM. Filmmaker Morgan Neville examines the life and legacy of Fred Rogers, the beloved host of popular children's TV show Mister Rogers' Neighborhood, in this inspiring documentary. Rated PG. 1 hour and 34 minutes. All Seats $6.

Then, on Saturday, November 3, the 1939 classic Gone with the Wind lights up The Ellen silver screen. This romantic Civil War epic won 10 Academy Awards and is considered one of the greatest masterpieces captured on film. The picture stars Vivien Leigh and Clark Gable. It begins at 7 PM and will be screened with an intermission. Tickets Only $6.

Brothers Danny (Rick Moranis) and Kevin (Ed O'Neill) coach rival youth football teams in Kids' Classic Little Giants, screening Sunday, November 4 at 2 PM. Danny's group of misfits is determined to prove they are as capable of winning the playoffs as Kevin's polished lineup. Rated PG. 1 hour and 45 minutes. Only $2 at the door, no ticket needed!

On Friday, November 9, witness an extraordinary work of art. Between War & Here with Ensemble Galilei is a powerful new collaboration between journalists and musicians, exploring honor, courage, loss, and hope. This special piece is as mesmerizing as it is timely, with music, poetry, and memoir, and featuring two of NPR's most storied war correspondents - Neal Conan and Anne Garrels. Reserved Seats are $24, and the performance begins at 7:30 PM.

It's another Kids' Classic on Sunday, November 11 with Chicken Run. What happens when the unscrupulous owners of a chicken farm decide to move from selling eggs to chicken pot pies? Fortunately, a smooth-talking Rhode Island Red named Rocky leads the charge for an all-out poultry revolt! Chicken Run is a great treat for kids who weren't even born when this high-flying comedy adventure was made in 2000. The movie is Rated G and screens at 2 PM. Only $2 at the door, no ticket needed!

Friday, November 16 is the captivating biopic RBG, an intimate portrait of an unlikely rock star: Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. With unprecedented access, the filmmakers explore how her early legal battles changed the world for women. The film begins at 7:30 PM and is Rated PG. 1 hour and 38 minutes. Tickets Only $6.

It's your turn to be the Dancing Queen with a Sing-Along screening of Mamma Mia! on Saturday, November 17 at 7:30 PM. Celebrating its 10th Anniversary, this film adaptation of the hit Broadway musical assembles an incredible cast and features the catchy melodies of Swedish pop group ABBA. Starring Meryl Streep, Pierce Brosnan, Colin Firth, Julie Walters, Amanda Seyfried, and Christine Baranski. 1 hour and 48 minutes.
Rated PG-13. All Seats $6.
