Josh Hartnett has joined Christopher Nolan's upcoming Oppenheimer film in a currently unknown role. Hartnett will join the previously announced Emily Blunt, Matt Damon, Robert Downey Jr., Florence Pugh, Rami Malek and Cillian Murphy. The film is based on the American Prometheus: The Triumph and Tragedy of J. Robert Oppenheimer books.
Blunt will star in the new film alongside Cillian Murphy. Titled 'Oppenheimer', the film follows J. Robert Oppenheimer, who was one of the key physicists who created the atom bomb. The film will be written and directed by Christopher Nolan.
