Casting is now complete for BEDBUGS!!!. The new production of the NYMF smash hit with music by Paul Leschen (Twist Drama Desk nom.) and book and lyrics by Fred Sauter will infest the ATA Chernuchin Theatre October 19 through November 4, 2012.

The smash hit of the 2008 New York Musical Theatre Festival (NYMF) with Music by Paul Leschen, Book and Lyrics by Fred Sauter, will receive a fully-mounted production at ATA's Chernuchin Theatre, October 19-Nov. 4, 2012.

Ars Nova and La Vie Productions present a special developmental concert UNCHARTED: Matthew Doers - Taking Step Three 13, with music and lyrics by Matthew Doers. The evening takes place one night only tonight, July 23rd, 2012, at 8 p.m. at Ars Nova, located at 511 West 54th Street, NYC.

L!VE Asbury Park presents Hedwig and the Angry Inch. Chris Hall (Hedwig) and Kendal Hartse (Yitzhak) have signed on as the leads along side musicians Michael Thomas Murray, Mike Preen and Steve Kelly. Hedwig will run tonight, June 21 and June 22 & 23rd for five live performances at The Press Room, located at 610 Bangs Avenue in downtown Asbury Park.

Azuka Theatre is closing its season with the Philadelphia Premiere of Allison Moore's Hazard County. This 2005 Humana Festival piece will also mark the beginning of an annual program, The New Professionals. The show will be performed at Azuka's new home at the Off-Broad Street Theater at First Baptist Church, 1636 Sansom Street. The show starts previews June 14, opens Wednesday June 20 at 7 p.m., and closes Sunday July 1. Tickets cost $15-$27. On Friday, October 14, 2011 'Dateline' ranked #1 among ABC, CBS and NBC in adults 18-34, women 18-34 and women 18-49 (tie) for its second hour from 10-11pm. And, versus the same night last year, 'Dateline' was up 25 percent in adults 18-49 and up 16 percent in total viewers according to Nielsen Media Research.

Paul Leschen (music) and Fred Sauter (Book and Lyrics), the downtown, terminally hip, vinyl-cool writing team first presented a reading of their sci-fi, thriller, rock musical BEDBUGS!!! on November 17th, 2007 at New York University's Black Box Theatre.

Eric Anderson (Broadway's South Pacific, the US tour of Camelot) will join the previously announced cast as Dexter, along with Donna Vivino (Wicked 1st Nat. Tour, Hairspray) as Mother, Jeff Hiller (Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson) as Tom Wansett, and Stephen Sheffer (NYMF's Bedbugs!!!) as Chad.
