Five outstanding new writers from the UK, US and Eastern Europe are the finalists for the 2023 Theatre503 International Playwriting Award. Olga Braga, Georgia Bruce, Roxy Cook, Charlotte Cromie, and Nia Akilah Robinson's plays were chosen from 1,466 scripts sent in from 49 countries.

Partygoers for the must-attend event among Hollywood’s A-listers included 2023 Best Performance cover stars Austin Butler, Michelle Williams, Jennifer Lawrence, Taylor Russell, Ana de Armas, as well as W Best Performances feature stars Danielle Deadwyler, Kate Hudson, Aubrey Plaza, Diego Calva, Mia Goth, and Jeremy Pope. The Hollywood Critics Association have announced the complete list of winners for their Inaugural HCA Creative Arts Awards and the 6th Annual HCA Film Awards. A24's EVERYTHING EVERYWHERE ALL AT ONCE, which had the most nominations in the organization's history, took home seven awards (Best Editing, Best Cast Ensemble, Best Supporting Actor for Ke Huy Quan, Best Original Screenplay, Best Director, Best Actress for Michelle Yeoh, and Best Picture) while Variance Films' global sensation RRR won a total of four awards (Best Original Song, Best Stunts, Best Action Film, and Best International Film). Taylor Swift won Best Short Film for ALL TOO WELL.

Sawyer Fredericks releases The Golden Tree EP, his first new album of music since 2020’s Flowers For You. The album includes four new tracks featuring his band, Gannon Ferrell on bass, Jerome Goosman on dobro, and Chris Thomas on drums, as well as Sav Buist and Katie Larson of The Accidentals on strings and backing vocals.

Produced by Combs, Chip Matthews and Jonathan Singleton, Gettin’ Old is Combs’ fourth full-length album following Growin’ Up, 2019’s 3x Platinum What You See is What You Get and his 4x Platinum debut, This One’s For You. Across these eighteen tracks, including a rendition of Tracy Chapman’s “Fast Car.'
