Bucks County Playhouse Youth Company Presents CINDERELLA

The Bucks County Playhouse Youth Company will present a one-hour, family-friendly adaptation of the Broadway musical 'Rodgers + Hammerstein's Cinderella' tailored especially for young audiences.

Fran Drescher Joins Broadway Sings For Pride's Revolution Annual Charity Concert On June 18th

Actress Fran Drescher is the latest performer to join the lineup of BROADWAY SINGS FOR PRIDE's 8th Annual Charity Concert 'Revolution' on Monday, June 18th at The Cutting Room in New York City. The Nanny star will be joined by Broadway/TV star Frankie J. Grande, Matt Doyle (Broadway's Spring Awakening, War Horse, The Book of Mormon), Project Runway's Sam Donovan, a special 50th reunion performance from the cast of Hair, and performances from cast members from Hamilton, Kinky Boots, Jersey Boys, Frozen, Wicked and more.  This star-studded event will be filled with singing (from pop to Broadway), stories, and surprises! The proceeds will benefit The Tyler Clementi Foundation, a non-profit organization committed to end on-line and off-line bullying.

Paper Mill Playhouse Announces 2018 Rising Star Award Winners

As one of the nation's leading professional theaters and recipient of the 2016 Regional Theatre Tony Award, Paper Mill Playhouse (Mark S. Hoebee-Producing Artistic Director) has a well-earned reputation for launching both performers and shows to Broadway. Since their inception in 1996, the Paper Mill Playhouse Rising Star Awards for Excellence in High School Musical Theatre have ignited the careers of many notable performers, all of whom attended high school in New Jersey.  Among the early nominees and winners are Academy Award winner Anne Hathaway (Les Miserables), Tony Award winners Laura Benanti (Gypsy) and Nikki M. James (The Book of Mormon), Tony nominee Rob McClure (Chaplin), Shanice Williams, star of NBC's The Wiz Live! and Olivier Award nominee Jared Gertner (The Book of Mormon).  This year Union High School took the prize for 'Outstanding Overall Production.' Epic HAIR 50th Reunion and More Will Join Broadway Sings for Pride's 'Revolution'

On Monday, June 18, 2018, the theater world and New York communities will come together for Broadway Sings for Pride's 8th annual charity concert entitled "Revolution"!  Hair co-creator James Rado (Grammy-Award Winner) and Hair original choreographer Julie Arenal (Broadway/West End) will join over 35 tribe members to celebrate Pride with a special Hair reunion musical performance during the event.

MPAC Production of WEST SIDE STORY Opens 6/2

West Side Story, MPAC's fifth spring production, takes the stage on Friday, June 2-Sunday, June 4 for four performances. The production will feature a cast of over 40 young performers. Tickets are $20-25.
