Echo Theater Company Announces 25th Anniversary Onstage Season

A virtual 25th Birthday Celebration, featuring 25 monologues by 25 playwrights including Boni B. Alvarez, Bekah Brunstetter, Jessica Goldberg, Hilly Hicks Jr., David Ives, David Lindsay-Abaire and Sarah Ruhl, performed by actors such as Enrico Colantoni, Marin Hinkle, Brent Jennings, Megan Ketch, Hamish Linklater and James Tupper, will take place on Thursday, July 1.

AMC Networks Announces Premiere Dates for New, Returning Series and Seasonal Events Such as FEARFEST, BEST CHRISTMAS EVER

AMC Networks announced today from the Television Critics' Association (TCA) Press Tour premiere dates for several new and returning original series, including IFC's Baroness von Sketch Show, which has been picked up for a fifth season, and programming events, including AMC's FearFest and newly expanded Best Christmas Ever holiday celebration, which will air across all of AMC Networks. 

Paley Center to Host Season 2 Premiere Event for AMC's LODGE 49

The Paley Center for Media in Beverly Hills announced the final selection for its PaleyLive LA summer season: An Evening in Lodge 49: Season Two Premiere. The program will take place on Thursday, August 1 at 7:00pm, at the Paley Center's Beverly Hills location.

AMC Networks Announces Summer 2019 Premiere Dates

AMC Networks announced today the premiere dates for several new and returning original series, including second seasons of AMC's mystic modern-day fable Lodge 49 and horror-infused anthology The Terror: Infamy, IFC's new musical variety sketch comedy Sherman's Showcase and SundanceTV's Close Up with The Hollywood Reporter, quirky comedy Rosehaven Season 3 and the new true crime thriller No One Saw A Thing.

AMC's LODGE 49 is Renewed for Second Season

Ahead of its season one finale, AMC today announced that it has renewed its critically acclaimed modern fable “Lodge 49” for a second season. Wyatt Russell (“Black Mirror,” “Everybody Wants Some”) will reprise his starring role as Sean “Dud” Dudley. Creator, writer and executive producer Jim Gavin returns as does Peter Ocko (“Pushing Daisies,” “The Office”) as executive producer and showrunner. Additional executive producers include Paul Giamatti (“Billions,” Sideways, “Outsiders,” “Hoke”), Dan Carey (“Outsiders,” “Hoke,” John Dies at the End, All Is Bright), and Jeff Freilich (“Halt and Catch Fire,” “Grace and Frankie”). The second season of “Lodge 49” will go into production and will air on AMC in 2019 with 10 episodes. “Lodge 49” is an AMC Studios production.

AMC Sets August 6 Premiere for Original Series BETTER CALL SAUL and LODGE 49

AMC announced today an August 6 premiere date for its original series “Better Call Saul” and “Lodge 49.” Season four of the critically acclaimed and Emmy®-nominated “Better Call Saul,” produced by Sony Pictures Television, will air Monday, August 6 at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT immediately followed by the series premiere of “Lodge 49” at 10:00 PM ET/PT. Both series will have a presence at the ATX Television Festival, taking place June 7-10 in Austin, Texas, including a panel with “Better Call Saul” executive producer Vince Gilligan and star Bob Odenkirk, and a sneak peek screening of the “Lodge 49” premiere followed by a panel with stars Wyatt Russell and Brent Jennings and executive producers Peter Ocko and Dan Carey.

The Negro Ensemble Company Remounts A SOLDIER'S PLAY This February

To reach an expanded audience, The Negro Ensemble Company, Inc. (NEC) will re-mount its 2017 revival of 'A Soldier's Play' by Charles Fuller, directed by Charles Weldon, from February 14 to March 4, 2018 at Gene Frankel Theatre, 24 Bond Street. The piece is historically NEC's most famous and successful play. It was produced last fall at Theatre 80 St. Marks as the culminating event of NEC's landmark 50th season, playing to full houses and glowing notices. The cast of that revival will return intact for the Gene Frankel Theatre run.

Signature Theatre has announced a one-week extension for the World Premiere of OUR LADY OF KIBEHO by Katori Hall, directed by Michael Greif. The production will now play through Sunday, December 14, 2014. The production opened to critical acclaim on Sunday, November 16 in The Irene Diamond Stage at The Pershing Square Signature Center (480 West 42nd Street between 9th and 10th Avenues).
