John Heffernan, Joanna Scanlan Join Cast of BBC and Netflix's DRACULA

It was announced today that John Heffernan (Collateral, The Crown), Joanna Scanlan (Hold The Sunset, No Offence), Dolly Wells (Can You Ever Forgive Me, 45 Years), Morfydd Clark (His Dark Materials, Patrick Melrose), Lujza Richter (Phantom Thread) and series co-writer Mark Gatiss (Doctor Who, Sherlock) have joined the cast of Dracula.

Mary Shelley published Frankenstein in 1818, when she was just 20 years old. Written 80 years prior to Bram Stoker's Dracula, Shelley's novel has long rivaled Dracula as the most epic and timeless monster tale ever created. Daughter of feminist philosopher Mary Wollstonecraft and noted journalist William Goodwin, Shelley's work transcends the mindset of the time by introducing concepts previously unheard of, and a compelling juxtaposition between monster and man.
CinemaLive to release Northern Ballet's VICTORIA and DRACULA in Cinemas

CinemaLive, leading producers and distributors of Event Cinema, are partnering with Northern Ballet to release two of their full-length productions into cinemas across the UK and Ireland in 2019. The brand-new production of Victoria will be screened for one night only on Tuesday 25 June and Draculawill be broadcast live via satellite into cinemas for Halloween on Thursday 31 October. This is the first collaboration between CinemaLive and Northern Ballet, the UK's leading storytelling ballet company.

Centenary Stage Company and Centenary University offers "Acting for the Camera" workshop to the general public during the 2019 Spring Semester. The 2019 Spring Semester runs January 14 through May 3. The class meets Thursday evenings between the hours of 4:00pm and 6:30pm. Registration deadline for the workshop is Friday, January 11. Registration is $250 per participant.
