Jason Aldean with Miranda Lambert, Garth Brooks, Luke Combs, Midland and Brett Young join the exciting lineup of performers for "The 52nd Annual CMA Awards," hosted for the 11th consecutive year by Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood. Country Music's Biggest Night will air live from Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Wednesday, Nov. 14 at 8:00 PM/ET (7:00 PM/CT) on the ABC Television Network. 

The ninth-annual “CMA Country Christmas” will air Monday, Dec. 10 at 8:00 PM/ET (7:00 PM/CT) on the ABC Television Network. Iconic entertainer Reba McEntire, who returns as host for a second year, will also perform during the holiday music special. Joining Reba are legendary acts and Country favorites including Tony Bennett, Dan + Shay, Brett Eldredge, Amy Grant, Diana Krall, Dustin Lynch, Martina McBride, Old Dominion, Brad Paisley, Michael W. Smith, Lindsey Stirling, The Isaacs and Brett Young, taking the stage for a night filled with Christmas classics and festive one-of-a-kind collaborations.  

In celebration of “The 52nd Annual CMA Awards,” Country Music's Biggest Night, ABC is set to air its 10th annual pre-CMA Awards Special, “Country Music's Biggest Stars: In the Spotlight with Robin Roberts,” Sunday, Nov. 11 from 9:00-10:00 PM/CT on The ABC Television Network. 

Dierks Bentley with Brothers Osborne, Florida Georgia Line with Bebe Rexha, Kacey Musgraves, Pistol Annies, and Thomas Rhett have been added to the lineup of performers for “The 52nd Annual CMA Awards,” hosted for the 11th consecutive year by Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood. CMA Awards nominees Kelsea Ballerini, Luke Bryan, Kenny Chesney, Dan + Shay, Old Dominion, Carrie Underwood, and Keith Urban have been announced as the first group of performers for “The 52nd Annual CMA Awards,” hosted for the 11th consecutive year by Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood. Country Music's Biggest Night will air live from Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Wednesday, Nov. 14 (7:00 – 10:00 PM/CT) on the ABC Television Network. 

CMT today revealed an all-star tribute to country legend and 2018 “Artist of a Lifetime” Award recipient, Loretta Lynn, featuring Sheryl Crow, Dierks Bentley and Martina McBride. The trio will perform LIVE from Nashville at the 9th annual “2018 CMT Artists of the Year” special on Wednesday, October 17 at 8:00pm ET/PT. Some of music's biggest stars are set to present at the event, including Sheryl Crow, Keith Urban, Smokey Robinson, singer-songwriter Elle King, Hillary Scott, Jimi Westbrook, Phillip Sweet, Charles Kelley and Dave Haywood, along with a special introduction by platinum-selling artist, Trisha Yearwood. They all join previously announced presenter Sissy Spacek.

To continue this year's celebration of women, CMT has added seven new powerhouse performances to the “2018 CMT Artists of the Year” lineup: Carrie Underwood with CMT Next Women of Country and tour mates Maddie & Tae and Runaway June; Miranda Lambert and Pistol Annies; Kelsea Ballerini with Alison Krauss; Karen Fairchild and Kimberly Schlapman with soul legend Gladys Knight; and Hillary Scott with singer-songwriter Tori Kelly and Grammy-award winning gospel artist Kirk Franklin. In addition, honoree Maren Morris will join forces with Brandi Carlile for a powerful tribute to late icon Aretha Franklin. The 9th annual special premieres LIVE from Nashville on Wednesday, October 17 at 8:00pm ET/PT, only on CMT.

For his birthday this year, DEE JAY SILVER received an extra special gift from a city near and dear to his heart when Friday, September 21 was officially proclaimed 'Dee Jay Silver Day' in Las Vegas by Mayor Carolyn Goodman. The groundbreaking DJ/remixer/producer/radio host received the declaration while onstage at Rehab Pool at the Hard Rock Hotel headlining his final appearance at the famed pool party, where he's held a residency for the last four consecutive years. Throughout the last decade, DEE JAY SILVER has hosted various residencies in Las Vegas at hotspots including Hyde Nightclub, Foundation Room, LAX Nightclub and Body English, in addition to his annual appearances at the Academy of Country Music Awards (ACM) events and the National Finals Rodeo, where he returns this December, among others. He'll be back in the city this Sunday, September 30 to headline Omnia Nightclub.

In a year of celebrating the achievements of women in country music, CMT today announced that Loretta Lynn will be honored with the “Artist of a Lifetime” award presented by Ram Trucks at this year's all-female “CMT Artists of the Year” event premiering live Wednesday, October 17 at 8:00 PM ET/PT. Academy Award winner and “Coal Miner's Daughter” actress Sissy Spacek will bestow the award to Lynn, who joins previous recipients of the honor including Shania Twain (2016), Kenny Rogers (2015), and Merle Haggard (2014).

Tony Award-winner Jason Alexander will open his new one-man show 'Jason Alexander: Comedy! Music! Musical Comedy!,' this Thursday night at the NYCB Theatre at Westbury. 

ACM and Grammy nominated vocalist Chris Young played his first-ever headlining concert at Music City's most massive indoor music venue, Bridgestone Arena, over the weekend, performing until after 11pm for a screaming, sold-out hometown crowd whose cheering reached 116 decibels throughout the more than 90 minute show. It was an unforgettable night for the Murfreesboro, Tennessee native who celebrated his 33rd sold-out show of the “Chris Young Losing Sleep 2018 World Tour” in an arena packed to the rafters with nearly 14,000 fans, friends and family.

In recognition of the undeniable influence and impact of female artists in country music, CMT today announced that for the first-time ever the annual “CMT Artists of the Year” special is dedicated to the women of country music—past, present and future. This year's all-female “Artists of the Year” celebration will honor CarrieUnderwood, Miranda Lambert, Kelsea Ballerini, Maren Morris, Little Big Town's Karen Fairchild and Kimberly Schlapman, and Lady Antebellum's Hillary Scott. The 90-minute special will premiere on Wednesday, October 17 at 8:00 PM, ET/PT only on CMT.

The Country Music Association has announced the final nominees for “The 52nd Annual CMA Awards,” as Chris Stapleton tops the list of finalists with five nominations. Producer and musician Dann Huff receives four nominations, the second most nominations this year, while nine artists garner three each—Jason Aldean, Dierks Bentley, Dan + Shay, Florida Georgia Line, Chris Janson, Miranda Lambert, Midland, Thomas Rhett and Keith Urban.

Luke Bryan, Dan + Shay and Sugarland will announce six categories (Entertainer of the Year, Single of the Year, Female Vocalist of the Year, Male Vocalist of the Year, Vocal Duo of the Year, and New Artist of the Year) live on air from Luke's 32 Bridge Food + Drink, Bryan's new restaurant and bar in downtown Nashville.
