Seeing a Broadway show can be just the beginning of a lifelong love affair with the theatre. Stars from the participating Kids’ Night on Broadway shows are sharing words of advice for young performers with dreams of being on Broadway some day.

Seeing your first show is a memory you will never forget- a fact to which some of Broadway's biggest stars can attest. Below, stars from the participating Kids’ Night on Broadway shows recall their first experiences at the theatre.

We're chatting with Kimber Elayne Sprawl who recently joined the cast of Wicked as Nessarose! Kimber told us all about her pre-show rituals, favorite moments to watch from the wings, and more!

Northern Sky has announced the addition of Christine Saldanha, Creative Director at Burrell Communications, to its board of directors.

Each show was filmed in front of a live audience during its in-person run. Both shows close to in-person audiences August 7 and open for on-demand streaming at midnight on August 9.

For the first time in the company's thirty-year history, Northern Sky Theater is offering full, filmed performances of all of its summer and fall shows. Each show will be available virtually for one week following the close of that show's in-person performances. The first show to be offered in filmed format is The Fisherman's Daughters, which will run virtually July 12-18 after closing for in-person performances on July 10.  

While they await definitive plans for their potential fall season, Northern Sky Theater in Door County, Wisconsin announces a three-pronged virtual season to continue its mission of developing original work, employing its artists, and reaching out to its audience.

Bucks County Playhouse presents the world premiere production of 'Clue: On Stage,' the outrageous new comedy adapted from the cult classic film. Performances run now through May 20, 2017, and BroadwayWorld has photos from the opening night festivities on May 6 below! Plus, just announced, CLUE will tour North America beginning in the fall of 2018.

Sonnet Repertory Theatre presents their Twelfth Annual Benefit and Cabaret on Sunday, November 23, at Joe's Pub to honor award-winning actress, CELIA WESTON.

Republic by Kait Kerrigan and Brian Lowdermilk; Feral with Book by Victor Lesniewski, Music by Jacob Yandura, and Lyrics by Rebekah Greer Melocik; and The Danger Year with Music & Lyrics by Georgia Stitt, and Book by Jamie Pachino. All readings are by INVITATION only and will be performed at The York Theatre Company in Saint Peter's (Entrance on East 54th Street, just east of Lexington Avenue).

With host Sean Hartley and Music Director Matt Gallagher. So far Tony-nominated composer-lyricist Amanda Green has been represented on Broadway three times with High Fidelity and two of last season's shows, the exuberant Bring it On: The Musical and the pioneering Hands on a Hardbody.

Big Vision Empty Wallet has announced the cast for the reading of Alex Rubin's 'First Love,' co-produced as the last of three plays Aaron Grant Theatrical is presenting this summer, as part of a new developmental reading series.

The Off Broadway Musical Giant will perform in Cabaret Cares tonight, December 3rd at 7:00 PM. Cabaret Cares is the the monthly fundraising event for Help Is On The Way Today. Help Is On The Way Today was founded by Cabaret Producer Joseph Macchia and is a non for profit that helps children and teens living with HIV and AIDS In New York City living with HIV and AIDS. Since its start 7 years ago Cabaret Cares had raised over $74,000. The series was also honored with Three MAC Awards and a Bistro Award.

Dallas Theater Center presents Giant at the Dee and Charles Wyly Theatre at the AT&T Performing Arts Center through Feb. 19. Tony Award-nominated Michael Greif will direct this new musical by Sybille Pearson and Michael John LaChiusa. Aaron Lazar stars as Bick and Tony Award nominee Kate Baldwin (Finian's Rainbow) plays Leslie. Check out photos fromt he opening night celebration below!
