On Saturday, December 14, I had the pleasure of seeing THE MARVELOUS WONDERETTES at the Ridgefield Theater Barn in Ridgefield, CT. This comedic musical has the audience laughing from start to finish, while keeping everyone entertained with great oldies songs from the 1950s and 1960s. The excellent singing and acting brings all four characters to life, under the writing of Roger Bean, direction of Foster Evans Reese, and musical direction of Benjamin McCormack who leads the talented live band that is onstage, in the back of the stage.

On Sunday June 16th, The Marvelous Wonderettes, currently playing Off-Broadway at Theatre Row, will take its final bow. The show had initially ended its three year run in January, but returned for Sunday performances shortly thereafter. The producers of the UK Premiere of Off-Broadway smash-hit comedy musical The Marvelous Wonderettes have announced today that the show will transfer to the Theatre Royal Windsor when it concludes its run at Upstairs at the Gatehouse, Highgate Village on Sunday 12 May 2019. The show will play the Theatre Royal Windsor from Thursday 16 May until Saturday 25 May 2019 for thirteen performances only.
