New York: For over 50 years TheaterWorksUSA has presented family-friendly adaptations of celebrated books on stages across the country.  This fall, TheaterWorksUSA will be offering its trademark brand of quality entertainment at Long Island's Tilles Center with their new musical Rosie Revere, Engineer & Friends, with a book by Lauren Gunderson, music by Brian Lowdermilk, lyrics by Kait Kerrigan and originally directed by Peter Flynn and choreography by Marcos Santana. It has been announced that the festival will be led by Two-time Tony Award winning actress, singer and dancer Sutton Foster (TV Land's Younger, ABC Family's Bunheads, Anything Goes, Thoroughly Modern Millie, Violet ), three-time Tony Award nominee Joshua Henry (Hamilton, Carousel, Violet, Shuffle Along,The Gershwin's Porgy and Bess), Emmy nominated songwriter, musician and actor Darren Criss (The Assassination of Gianni Versace: American Crime Story, Hedwig and the Angry Inch) and actor and Atlantic Records recording artist Alex Newell (Glee, Once on this Island).

ASU Gammage announced today that the Tony Award-winning musical set a new record for fastest sellout of a show at the historic Frank Lloyd Wright theater by selling out of all available tickets during the show's fan presale, leaving no tickets for the general public onsale. Demand for DEAR EVAN HANSEN and the Broadway season at ASU Gammage reached new levels this year and the show sold out in less than an hour of ASU Gammage and DEAR EVAN HANSEN fan presales.

Dear Evan Hansen will soon be turned into a young adult novel as author Val Emmich teams with the musical's creators to create a page-turning work of fiction from the hit musical. In celebration of its release, there will be a national book tour featuring Emmich, Steven Levenson, Benj Pasek, and Justin Paul. Songs will be performed alongside the novel's release.

Broadway veteran Lisa Brescia will join the company of the Tony Award-winning musical as 'Heidi Hansen,' marking her return to Broadway after more than a decade. Brescia begins performances today, August 7, 2018 succeeding Rachel Bay Jones, who plays her final performance on August 5, 2018.
