Broadway in Bryant Park has returned for the 2018 season, bringing the best of Broadway together for free performances for six consecutive weeks from through Thursday, August 16. The Bryant Park stage is located at 6th Avenue between 40th and 42nd Streets. Lawn seating is first-come, first-serve.

Broadway in Bryant Park will return this summer! The 2018 program will bring the best of Broadway together for free performances for six consecutive weeks from Thursday, July 12 to Thursday, August 16. New Yorkers and visitors to the Big Apple are invited to come at 11 a.m. every Thursday with performances running from 12:30 p.m. EST - 1:30 p.m. EST on the Bryant Park Stage. Hosted by 106.7 LITE FM's on-air personalities, this year's annual presentation of open-air lunch hour performances featuring the best Broadway and Off-Broadway shows will be presented by your local Toyota Dealers, VISIT PHILADELPHIA and FUJIFILM Instax.
Artists Star Anna, Mark Arm, and Robin Zander will join the performance lineup at the 2018 MusiCares® Concert For Recovery benefit honoring GRAMMY® winner Mike McCready ofPearl Jam on Thursday, May 10 at The Showbox in Seattle (1426 1st Ave.). Previously announced performers include Latin GRAMMY® winner Barrett Martin, GRAMMY winnerSlash, multi-GRAMMY winner Chad Smith; and artists Duff McKagan, Mike Ness, and Heart's Nancy Wilson. Joel McHale will be the host. The evening will also feature a special performance by McCready and friends Tim DiJulio, Chris Friel, Rick Friel, Mike Musburger, Danny Newcomb, Paul Passarelli, Kim Virant, and Gary Westlake.
Seattle's Walking Papers, will be hitting the road this spring with Alice In Chains beginning, April 28 inBoston. They will also be playing select headline dates as well as the WNOR Lunatic Luau. The band features singer/songwriter Jefferson Angell, keyboardist/backing vocalist Benjamin Anderson (both from The Missionary Position), bassist Duff McKagan (Guns N' Roses, Velvet Revolver), and drummer Barrett Martin (Screaming Trees, Mad Season) but because of previous commitments Duff McKagan and Barrett Martin will not be along for these dates. Instead Angell and Anderson will be joined by Nate Daley (guitar), Dan Spalding (bass, upright bass and baritone saxophone), Will Andrews (drums), and Gregor Lothian (saxophone).
