Regeneration Theatre presents AS IS by William M. Hoffman. The gay community has the opportunity to look at its historical journal through ground-breaking envelope-pushing works currently in revival in New York. Boys in the Band and Angels in America on Broadway and AS IS opening February 1 off-Broadway. 

After several exciting and successful shows in the fall of 2017 (Only You, A Queer Cabaret; Love: A How (Not) To Guide; and No Way To Say Goodbye by artists Donnie and Rebecca Cianciotto, Jen Anaya and Deepali Gupta) The Tank (Meghan Finn and Rosalind Grush, Artistic Directors) is launching a full season of monthly cabaret events for 2018! Tank-aret: A Taste of Something Different, a new cabaret series featuring underrepresented artists, will kick off on Saturday, January 20 at 10:30pm, in the 99-seat theater space at The Tank (312 West 36th Street between 8th and 9th Avenues). Tickets ($14, with a 1 drink minimun) are available for advance purchase at www.thetanknyc.org.

The Pacific Standard Time Festival: Live Art LA/LA, a celebration of performance art presented as part of the Getty-led initiative Pacific Standard Time: LA/LA, will run from January 11 through 21, 2018. Organized by REDCAT, CalArts' Center for Contemporary Arts, in collaboration with partner organizations throughout the city, the 11-day festival will feature more than 75 works by Latin American and Latino artists, performed at more than 20 indoor and outdoor spaces throughout greater Los Angeles. Supported by a major grant from the Getty Foundation, events will range from large-scale, site-specific performances to multi-artist evenings and will be presented in parks, plazas, galleries, theaters, and busy urban settings.

SHREK THE MUSICAL will be stomping into Glasgow this autumn as producers of the hit musical are delighted to announce additional Scotland dates due to popular demand. Following the critically acclaimed opening of the new UK and Ireland tour in Edinburgh, the larger-than-life production will be arriving at the King's in Glasgow from Tuesday 25 September until Saturday 6 October.

Word for Word's first production of the 2018 Season is Lucia Berlin:Stories running February 14-March 11, in the Z Below Theater in San Francisco. Lucia Berlin:Stories opens with press performances February 17 & 18, Saturday 8 PM and Sunday 3 PM (previews Feb. 14 - 16).

The Ivoryton Playhouse Holiday show opens on December 7th and runs until December 17th. It's a Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play by Joe Landry was inspired by the classic American film by Frank Capra, It's a Wonderful Life. This production is performed as a 1940s live radio broadcast in front of a studio audience. Five actors perform the dozens of characters in the radio play as well as produce the sound effects.

Sleepy Hollow, the Musical has been selected from hundreds of applicants to premiere at the New York New Works (NYNW) Theater Festival on Monday, October 9th. The festival will showcase an exciting 25 minute investor 'teaser' version of Sleepy Hollow, which includes seven original songs.
