Boston Pops at Home and BSO at Home offer a wide variety of new and retrospective audio and video content, available free each week.

Boston Pops has released information about their upcoming schedule!

Conductor André Raphel conducts the Boston Symphony Orchestra in his BSO subscription series debut on Thursday, March 19, at 8pm; continuing on Friday, March 20, at 8pm (this concert is presented as part of the BSO's Casual Fridays); and Saturday, March 21 at 8pm. The Providence Performing Arts Center (PPAC) and the Boston Pops Esplanade Orchestra have announced that Patrick Little, co-anchor of Eyewitness News This Morning on WPRI 12 and FOX Providence, will be the guest narrator for the Boston Pops' rendition of a?oeA Visit from St. Nicholasa?? (a?oe'Twas the Night Before Christmas).a??

The Mildred Miller International Voice Competition was founded in 2011 to identify and nurture talented young singers. The competition is named for Pittsburgh Festival Opera founder Mildred Miller Posvar, who sang for 26 illustrious seasons at the Metropolitan Opera and other world capitals. Miller's acclaimed recordings include Mahler's Das Lied von der Erde with conductor Bruno Walter, Mozart's Le Nozze de Figaro with Erich Leinsdorf, and the commemorative concert and album celebrating the Boston Pops Orchestra 100th anniversary with Arthur Fiedler.

Pittsburgh Festival Opera presents the 9th Annual Mildred Miller International Vocal Competition 

Boston Landmarks Orchestra has announced details about its Annual Gala on Tuesday, October 22, 2019 at 6pm at the Royal Sonesta Hotel (40 Edwin H. Land Blvd., Cambridge, MA).

As part of its 2019 Summertime Saturday Puppet Shows, the Ballard Institute and Museum of Puppetry at the University of Connecticut is pleased to present Judy Saves the Day! by Puppet Showplace Theater's Resident Artist and UConn Puppet Arts Program alumna Sarah Nolen on Aug. 10, 2019 at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. in the Ballard Institute Theater, located at 1 Royce Circle in Downtown Storrs.

Boston Landmarks Orchestra (LO) under the direction of Music Director Christopher Wilkins, and Executive Director Jo Frances Meyer, announces its 2019 season of free concerts at the DCR's Hatch Memorial Shell on the Esplanade. The free, public concerts will be held every Wednesday evening at 7pm from July 17 to August 21, 2019.

On Sunday, October 21, 2018 at The Frick Art and Historical Center's auditorium, mezzo-soprano Katherine Beck was named the winner of the 7th annual Mildred Miller International Voice Competition, hosted by Pittsburgh Festival Opera.

California Pops Orchestra, the country's only all-request pops orchestra, announces its 30th performance season. Conductor Kim Venaas and the 70 members of the Orchestra present five fun-loving performances at Cupertino's Flint Center, adding their signature playfulness, audience engagement, and surprise elements to the mix.  The new season runs September 30, 2018 through May 19, 2019.  All performances are held Sundays at 3pm, at Flint Center at De Anza College, 21250 Stevens Creek Blvd in Cupertino.  Season subscriptions ($260-$92) and individual show tickets ($20-$55, standard ticket service fees apply), are available at Ticketmaster.com (https://www.ticketmaster.com/artist/2260227?tm_link=tm_homeA_header_search) or in person at the Flint Center box office.

State Theatre New Jersey unveiled its 2018-2019 Classical Series, featuring five fantastic world-renowned performers.

The 2018 Summer Concert Series returns to Wellfleet Harbor Actors Theater with a new line up of concerts in June and July, including The Great American Songbook, Greg Abate, Stage Door Canteen, and Gregg Sullivan. The perfect end to a summer day, all concerts are 8 p.m. at the air-conditioned, state-of-the-art Julie Harris Stage. Individual tickets are $20.

A season of Broadway, Bernstein and the Boston Pops

It's getting to that time of year when we think about things that are truly American. We might think about baseball games and hot dogs.  There's also,  of course, the annual Fourth of July concert on PBS featuring Maestro Keith Lockhart and the world famous Boston Pops Esplanade Orchestra. If you can't wait until the 4th however, you can catch this true American institution on Sunday, April 8 at the Music Center at Strathmore in Bethesda, MD.  Performances are at 2 PM and 7 PM.

The 2018 Boston Pops spring season, May 9-June 16, under the direction of Keith Lockhart, will celebrate the centennial of Leonard Bernstein, one of the greatest international musical figures of the last century-an iconic American musician whose multidimensional talents spanning the worlds of composition, performance, education and conducting greatly influenced the culture at large throughout the mid- and late-20th century, resulting in a legacy that is sure to inspire music lovers far and wide for countless generations to come.  The Boston Pops has an especially proud association with Leonard Bernstein, as he made his professional orchestra conducting debut leading the ensemble during a performance in the Hatch Shell on the Charles River Esplanade in 1941, on the cusp of establishing himself as one of the foremost musicians the country had ever seen.

The Colorado Music Hall of Fame presented by Comfort Dental, will host its next induction concert Jazz Masters and Beyond Tuesday, November 28, at Paramount Theatre honoring world class musicians who have tremendous ties to the state.
