Broadway's own Jordan Roth serves as the moderator in this panel of experts chosen to represent Broadway and nominate who they believe should be in the running for the coveted Tony Awards.*

Produced by and benefiting Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS, this year's Easter Bonnet Competition (#BroadwayBonnets) was held at Broadway's Minskoff Theatre (200 West 45th Street), home to Disney's The Lion King. Featuring performances by more than 230 Broadway and Off-Broadway singers and dancers, the Broadway Inspirational Voices and a stellar lineup of Broadway favorites, this year's fundraising total was a whopping $5,528,568!

Burstein, currently staring as Tevye in the Broadway revival of FIDDLER ON THE ROOF, began his career on Broadway in the early 1990s working mostly as an ensemble member and understudy. After making the decision to turn down work that didn't challenge him artistically, Burstein would go on to become one of the most celebrated leading men of his generation, earning Tony nominations for his work in THE DROWSY CHAPERONE, SOUTH PACIFIC, FOLLIES, GOLDEN BOY, and CABARET.

On Monday, April 4, the Theater People podcast welcomes ON YOUR FEET star Andrea Burns. Burns made her professional New York debut in Jason Robert Brown's groundbreaking 1995 musical SONGS FOR A NEW WORLD. She then made her Broadway debut in 1996 as a replacement in the role of Belle in BEAUTY AND THE BEAST and went on to co-star in the Broadway productions of THE FULL MONTY and THE RITZ.

On Monday, April 4th, the Theater People podcast welcomes Emmy nominated choreographer Spencer Liff. As a performer, Liff made his Broadway debut at age 11 in the musical BIG. He went on to appear in THE WEDDING SINGER, CRY BABY, EQUUS, and  9 TO 5: THE MUSICAL, taking on more and more responsibility along the way. He was the Associate Choreographer and Dance Captain for CRY BABY, and was the Dance Captain on EQUUS. 

Cesar A. Rocha is a casting director at Telsey + Co. He just completed casting on Cirque Du Soleil's PARAMOUR starting previews in April. Other projects include THE BRIDGES OF MADISON COUNTY THE MUSICAL National Tour, PUMP BOYS AND DINETTES at Paper Mill Playhouse, WEST SIDE STORY at Paper Mill Playhouse, INTO THE WOODS with Meryl Streep, SMASH on NBC and various other Theatre and TV/FILM projects with Telsey + Company. On Monday, March 28th, the Theater People podcast welcome's Broadway favorite and Fiddler on the Roof's Motel, Adam Kantor. The actor made his Broadway debut in 2008 as Mark in the closing cast of the Tony winning musical RENT directed by Michael Greif. The director, a mentor to Kantor, went on to cast him as a replacement in the role of Henry in the hit Broadway musical NEXT TO NORMAL.

On Monday, February 22, the Theater People podcast welcomes Broadway favorite Sierra Boggess, currently starring the new Andrew Lloyd Webber musical SCHOOL OF ROCK. Boggess made her Broadway debut in 2008 in the title role of the Disney musical THE LITTLE MERMAID. She went on to star in the Broadway revival of MASTER CLASS, opposite Tyne Daily, before heading to London's West End to originate the role of Christine Daae in Andrew Lloyd Webber's LOVER NEVER DIES, the sequel to THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA.

On Monday, February 8th, the Theater People podcast welcomes stage and television star Megan Hilty. Shemade her Broadway debut in 2004 as the Glinda stanby in the Broadway production of WICKED, before she eventually took over the role full time. She also played the role on the First National Tour before creating the role for the Los Angeles sit down production.

On Monday, February 1st, Theater People Podcast welcomes SCHOOL OF ROCK star Alex Brightman. Before being cast in the leading role in the new Andrew Lloyd Webber musical, Brightman made his Broadway debut as an understudy in GLORY DAYS (the show that infamously closed on its opening night). He went on to replace in the role of  Boq in the Broadway company of WICKED, Michael Wormwood in the Broadway company of MATILDA, and then joined the original Broadway company of BIG FISH.

On Monday, January 18th, The Theater People podcast welcomes Tony-nominated FUN HOME star Beth Malone. Malone made her Broadway debut in the 2006 production of RING OF FIRE, and has found much success working regionally, including a critically acclaimed turn in the title role of THE UNSINKABLE MOLLY BROWN.

KINKY BOOTS star Ellyn Marie Marsh asks, 'What if Adele wrote uptempo songs?' with her new, upbeat, 1950s rendition of the singer's hit 'Hello,' performed as part of Marsh's January 3rd concert -- 'Ellyn Marie Marsh. Live! From Carnegie Hall' -- at Joe's Pub. Check it out below!

After two sold out shows (Ellyn Marie Marsh is: INAPPROPRIATE) at Feinstein's/54 Below last January, Ellyn just brought new show downtown to Joe's Pub. The show, billed 'A Night of Delusions of Grandeur' featured high belting, comedy, popular songs, medleys, musical theater numbers, a lightning round - everything you would want in a variety show about a performer who thinks she's God's gift to mankind. As the lovechild of Nicki Minaj and Ethel Merman, Marsh put on a show not to be missed and you can check out highlights below!
