Vineyard Theatre's Artistic Directors Douglas Aibel and Sarah Stern announce that the 2017 Gala Fundraiser will celebrate the 10th anniversary of Vineyard Theatre's hit musical [title of show] with Hunter Bell, Jeff Bowen, Susan Blackwell, Heidi Blickenstaff, and a toast to Broadway producer Kevin McCollum.

They've tied a knot they never can sever. Dozens of former Annies, including original star Andrea McArdle and one of her successors, Sarah Jessica Parker, will unite for a 40th Anniversary celebration of the musical for Inside Edition.

Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts and Deaf West Theatre (DWT), the performing arts organizations behind the Tony Award-nominated and Ovation Award-winning revival of Spring Awakening, reunite to bring multiple Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright Edward Albee's At Home at the Zoo to life in an innovative and new production. Edward Albee's At Home at the Zoo begins previews on March 7 and will open in the Lovelace Studio Theater at The Wallis on Friday, March 10. It will run through March 26. This production is made possible by the generous support of Meeghan and Michael Nemeroff.

Some people roll their eyes when you mention the musical ANNIE. But, I tell you what. ANNIE never disappoints. It is not Sondheim. It is not Hamilton. It is not Pasek and Paul. But -the book is strong - the laughs are genuine and plenty. The lyrics are clever and the melodies as singable as they come. This production of ANNIE is far from perfect - but it is still a pretty perfect little musical! It is a "leave your troubles at the door" evening in the theatre and an optimistic antidote to any depression you might be feeling in this rather volatile political climate. There are just two performances remaining in the Coachella Valley, but it would be worth your time to drop whatever you're doing and snatch up the limited remaining tickets.

Drama Desk Award-winning actress and singer Rachel York (Disaster!, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, Victor/Victoria) embarks on a 10-city concert tour from December, 2016 through April, 2017 beginning with Michael Feinstein's American Songbook at NJPAC! December 1. York joins Feinstein, Andrea McArdle, Jared Grimes, and Youth Songbook Ambassador Julia Goodwin at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center in Newark for a cabaret and Q&A featuring favorite American standards. The program will be filmed before a live audience for future broadcast on NJTV, WNET, and WLIW21.

Laura Hodos, regionally and nationally known for outstanding musical theatre and vocal performances, will premiere her newest solo cabaret named [title of cabaret] in The Winter Park Playhouse Spotlight Cabaret Series November 16 and 17.
