Marcie Gorman-Althof and Michael Lifshitz, the producing partners behind MNM Productions, one of South Florida's hottest theatre companies, today announced the cast of its third production this year, the funny, saucy, gender-bending musical LA CAGE AUX FOLLES.

Mad Women in my Attic! The haunting, comedic cabaret show, Mad Women in my Attic! comes to the United Solo Festival on Saturday, October 7th at 4:0 pm. The production played to critical acclaim at the Brighton Fringe and Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2015. 

Best in Shows, a star-studded cabaret evening benefitting the Humane Society of New York, will honor James L. Nederlander, President of the Nederlander Organization, on Sunday, October 22, 2017 at 7 pm at Feinstein's/ 54 Below.

Get ready for a very 'popular' afternoon of gravity-defying Broadway dance, singing, and acting! Music Theatre Philly, named 'Best of Philly' by Philadelphia Magazine, will be sponsoring a Wicked Broadway Master Class featuring Wicked cast member Lauren Haughton. The intensive behind-the-scenes look at one of Broadway's most popular musicals will take place on Thursday, August 24, 2017 at The Rock School (1101 S. Broad Street, Philadelphia).

The sun'll come out for the Gateway Playhouse in Somers Point, NJ when Tony Nominee Andrea McArdle performs at the Gala Opening on Saturday August 19th at 7:30 p.m. with a red carpet event. A party will follow at Fitzpatrick's Steak House in Somers Point.

Opening tonight in Gallatin is Scott Seidl and Stephen Kummer's Civil War musical Across the Lines, running through Saturday night at CenterStage, 250 Hancock Street. The new musical, based on a true story drawn from the letters of Captain Robert A. Ragan and his memoir Escape From East Tennessee to the Federal Lines, continues its development with the three performances which feature a cast of local artists who bring the various characters in the story to life.

Queen's Harbour resident Carly Juliana Barnes is cast as the lead in the Alhambra Theatre & Dining's upcoming production of Annie, set to open June 28, 2017.  Selected from an open casting call of more than 110 girls, Carly is one of two talented young leading ladies that perform as Annie.  She is joined by Jena Simmons of Jupiter (FL).  A much-celebrated Broadway musical, Annie continues the Alhambra's 50th Anniversary Season. Tony Award winner, Donna McKechnie's new show, Same Place: Another Time, is a musical deja vu celebrating the scintillating 70's in New York City - the heyday of Studio 54. The journey she takes puts a personal spin on the "ingenue" coming to New York, finding love and success, losing her innocence along the way, perhaps, but never her spirit.
