Well, it's finally over! After what feels like an unprecedentedly long election cycle, Donald Trump has been elected President of The United States of America! The Broadway community has been incredibly vocal in its support of Hillary Clinton as a result of some of the dangerous and discriminatory rhetoric preached by the opposing candidate.

Laura Hodos, regionally and nationally known for outstanding musical theatre and vocal performances, will premiere her newest solo cabaret named [title of cabaret] in The Winter Park Playhouse Spotlight Cabaret Series November 16 and 17.

On Monday night, the biggest names from Broadway and Hollywood took the stage for aHillary Clinton fundraiser- STRONGER TOGETHER. One of the highlights of the event, which took place at New York's St. James Theatre, featured Tony Award winners Lin-Manuel Miranda and his Hamilton co-star Renee Elise Goldsberry, performing a revised election-themed version of the musical's, 'Ten Duel Commandments.' Last night, the biggest names from Broadway and Hollywood took the stage to support Hillary Clinton in STRONGER TOGETHER, a special evening at the theater to benefit the Hillary Victory Fund. The star-studded show featured never-before-seen duets and appearances from Julia Roberts, Lin-Manuel Miranda, Hugh Jackman, Sarah Jessica Parker, Matthew Broderick, Emily Blunt, Neil Patrick Harris, Helen Mirren and many more. In addition, Former President Bill Clinton and Chelsea Clinton were on hand to speak to the crowd.

Best in Shows, a star-studded cabaret evening benefitting the Humane Society of New York, will feature performances by Broadway stars on Sunday, October 23 , 2016 at 7 pm at Feinstein's/ 54 Below.

'Stronger Together,' a special evening to benefit the Hillary Victory Fund, will bring together the biggest names from Broadway and Hollywood, featuring live performances and special guest Chelsea Clinton. The night will feature never before seen duets and collaborations, all to support Hillary, on Monday, October 17 at the St. James Theatre (246 West 44th Street, New York, NY 10036). Billy Crystal will host.

After receiving degrees in Performing Arts, Choreography and Directing from Emerson College, Patrick Rinn was whisked away to N.Y.C. with Grand Hotel - The Musical as a Production Assistant and found himself working for 10 Time Tony award winner, Tommy Tune as his personal assistant. After taking a brief break from his duties and dabbling in some TV and movie work.

Reagle Music Theatre of Greater Boston will take audiences on a sentimental trip down memory lane with the revival of Remembering the 40's on October 1-2, 2016, Reagle's original musical revue recalling the 1940's home front.  Featuring a talented cast of singers, dancers and actors, live music and period costumes, Remembering the 40's is a cherished tribute to the war generation.  Sentimental repertoire from the era includes "I'll Be Home for Christmas," "I'll Be Seeing You," "This Is the Army" and "Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy". Remembering the 40's is Directed by Robert J. Eagle, Choreographed by Susan M. Chebookjian, with Music Direction by Paul S.
