Running from Sept. 27 through Nov. 10, "Singin' in the Rain" follows beloved silent-film star Don Lockwood as he realizes the future of film rests in "talkies". Life and love ensue as he ponders his next move.

When that happens, it's as if the musicians are breathing in sync. Accordingly, the rhythm section provides the perfect magic carpet for Ms. Lee's musical peregrinations. She has been recognized as one of the premiere jazz artists in Sacramento and this recording shows why audiences so appreciate her talent.
