The August Wilson African American Cultural Center invites you to join in for the Spring edition of AWCommunity Day, a fun-filled day of sports, arts, and entertainment. The event will take place on March 18th from 12:00 pm until 4:00 pm at the Center. This quarterly event is sponsored by UPMC and UPMC Health Plan.

The Alliance Theatre’s first-ever animated feature, SIT-IN, is available for streaming now on Alliance Theatre Anywhere.  Written by Atlanta's bestselling author, playwright, and civil rights activist, Pearl Cleage (Blues for An Alabama Sky, Tell Me My Dream) this original animated special for family audiences celebrates the power of youth to change history. 

Local actors Kyrstal Glover and Natalie Bulajic will star in Johnna Adams' 2012 drama Gidion's Knot. Directed by Pam Harbaugh, Gidion's Knot will play for a limited run from June 16 - July 8, 2018 at the emerging Theater On The Edge.
