An annual interdisciplinary humanities festival, Live Ideas is a high point of the New York Live Arts season. This year's festival, Live Ideas 2019 - AI: Are You Brave Enough for The Brave New World?, presented May 8-12, at New York Live Arts, will offer five days of activity designed to imagine the future and understand the current conversation surrounding artificial intelligence.

New York Live Arts 2018 Live Ideas Gala, co-chaired by Slobodan Randjelovi? and Jon Stryker and Ruth and Stephen Hendel and hosted by award-winning performer and playwright Anna Deavere Smith, pays tribute to Live Arts' annual Live Ideas Festival. The Gala will take place at Irving Plaza, 17 Irving Place, New York City on Monday, April 16, starting with a cocktail reception at 6:30pm and followed by the dinner and program at 7:15pm.

?Perdita? by Pierre-Marc Diennet, premieres Off Broadway at The Lion Theatre (Theatre Row), 410 West 42nd Street, NYC. Now in previews, the opening is Tuesday, November 18th. The director is Linsay Firman; with set design by Nick Francone, costume design by Blythe Quinlan, lighting design by Les Dickert and the sound designer is Shane Rettig.
