Lauren German

Lauren German began her career on stage in productions of Peter Pan and Oliver before making her feature-film debut in Down to You (2000). She gained recognition for her role as Belinda in A Walk to Remember (2002) and went on to appear in films including The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (2003), Hostel: Part II (2007), What We Do Is Secret (2007), The Divide (2011) and Made for Each Other (2009).

German also built a television career with roles in series including 7th Heaven, Happy Town, Memphis Beat and Hawaii Five-0, where she played DHS agent Lori Weston from 2011 to 2012. From 2012 to 2015, she starred as paramedic Leslie Shay on NBC's Chicago Fire, reprising the role in Chicago P.D. She achieved her best-known television role as detective Chloe Decker on the Fox and later Netflix supernatural crime drama Lucifer, which ran from 2016 to 2021.
