David Robertson will conduct the New York Philharmonic in Vaughan Williams's¬†Fantasia on a Theme by Thomas Tallis¬†and Saint-Sa√ęns's Symphony No. 3,¬†Organ,¬†with Philharmonic organist Kent Tritle, at the 27th Annual Free Memorial Day Concert,¬†Monday, May 28, 2018, at 8:00 p.m. at The Cathedral Church of Saint John the Divine.¬†Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis on the day of the performance; ticket distribution will begin at 6:00 p.m.¬†The audio of the performance will be broadcast onto the adjacent Pulpit Green, weather permitting. The program will be presented without intermission.

The Flea Theater has announced a 2nd extension its wildly popular and critically acclaimed World Premiere production of Itamar Moses' LOVE/STORIES (OR BUT YOU WILL GET USED TO IT. Moses is the author of The Four of Us, Bach at Leipzig, Back Back Back and Celebrity Row, a playwright whose sensibility has proven to be a perfect match for The Bats, The Flea's resident company of emerging artists. The production, which began performances on January 29, has been extended for an additional 4 weeks. The new closing date is now April 25.
