West Coast Premiere of DADDY ISSUES is Coming to the Complex in Hollywood
How far will a gay guy go to please his controlling Jewish parents? Charles Blondeau will present the West Coast premiere of an exuberant, off-Broadway screwball comedy inspired by a true event. Written and directed by David Goldyn, Daddy Issues opens on October 14 for a five-week run through November 13 at the Complex in Hollywood.

Two of Galveston's most revered citizens - Ray and Vivian Pinard - will be honored as recipients of the prestigious 28th Annual Leonora Kempner Thompson Community Enrichment Award on Saturday, March 23 at The Grand 1894 Opera House. Sponsored by, and benefiting The Grand, this event begins at 7pm and will include a cocktail reception, dinner on stage, and an award presentation. The farcical comedy opened Off-Broadway at the Theatre at St. Clements in September 2016, and was hailed by critics as "Hilarious," "Touching," and the Huffington Post said it was a "Frothy, whipped gelatin dessert of a show!"
