Strong Studios has optioned the rights to New York Times Bestselling author and Forbes contributing editor Monte Burke’s biographical novel, 4th and Goal: One Man's Quest to Recapture His Dream, to develop and produce a feature film, “4th & Goal,” based on the life of corporate executive, author, football coach Joe Moglia.

This year’s SAY Gala took place on the first day of National Stuttering Awareness Week, running from May 9-15, 2022. NSAW was conceived to shine a global light on stuttering, a complex fluency disorder that touches over 70 million people worldwide, including 5% of all children.

The evening will be hosted by Tony Award winner and former SAY honoree Kelli O' Hara, with a special presentation by Joe Moglia (Chair of TD Ameritrade Board). The Gala Performance will be directed by SAY Founder & President, Taro Alexander with musical direction by Everett Bradley.

The American Institute for Stuttering (AIS) will host its third annual 'Freeing Voices, Changing Lives' benefit gala on Monday, June 8th. The evening will be hosted by AIS friend and actor, Sam Waterston, star of TV's Law and Order. The evening will honor Joe Moglia, Chairman of TD Ameritrade and British actress, Emily Blunt (The Devil Wears Prada, Sunshine Cleaning) both who have personally dealt with stuttering. Susan Glessner and Seth H. Waugh, CEO, Deutsche Bank Americas are serving as Co-Chairs for the event. The reception will be followed by dinner and a moving 'Freeing Voices, Changing Lives' Leadership Award presentation.
