Audiences can mark the 51st anniversary of the U.S. landing on the moon July 20 when Hammer Theatre Center and One Year Lease Theater Company (OYL) partner for a special presentation of Pieces of the Moon, a timely and compelling new play by Nick Flint adapted for radio, making its World Premiere via live stream.

One Year Lease Theater Company, Stages Repertory Theatre, and the cast and creative team of BALLS celebrated their opening night at the full-sized model apartment within the 53w53 Sales Gallery.

Balls, an exciting and inventive production, is now being performed at 59E59 Theaters through February 25. Written by Kevin Armento and Bryony Lavery, it is directed by Ianthe Demos and Nick Flint with movement direction by Natalie Lomonet. This is a stunning show that creatively portrays the infamous tennis match between Bobby Riggs and Billie Jean King and situations surrounding it.

59E59 Theaters (Val Day, Artistic Director; Brian Beirne, Managing Director) is thrilled to launch the 2018 Subscription Series with BALLS, written by Kevin Armento and Bryony Lavery and directed by Ianthe Demos and Nick Flint with movement direction byNatalie Lomonte. Produced by One Year Lease Theater Company and Stages Repertory Theatre,BALLS begins performances on Tuesday, January 16 for a limited engagement through Sunday, February 25.
