After many delays due to the COVID 19-pandemic, playwright Terrence McNally’s award-winning Love! Valour! Compassion! opened at The Market Theatre in Johannesburg during November of last year.  Love! Valour! Compassion! is directed by Gregg Pettigrew and produced by Frans Swart and will play in the Artscape Opera from 1 to 12 February, with performances Tuesdays to Saturdays at 18:30, and matinees at 14:30 on Saturdays.

Compassion! opened at The Market Theatre in Johannesburg last week.  Lefra Productions announced the 25th anniversary revival of the hit play in 2020, but was forced to postpone the launch of the production on a number of occasions. 

Shades of Broadway is a dramatic tribute to the Broadway greats and provides the audience with an insightful view of life on the musical theatre stage from the artist's perspective. 

Lefra presents this year's Christmas Spectacular (Kersfees Skouspel), Soputh Africa's favourite Christmas celebration! More than 15 top artists are to perform in this production that takes place in the Grand Arena at GrandWest on Saturday, 14 December at 20:00, and then at the Sun Arena, Time Square, Pretoria on Monday, 16 December at 15:00. Jaconell Mouton of Noot vir Noot fame is the musical director and Frans Swart, well-known as the South Africa's king of farces, is the director. As with previous years, 2019's Christmas Spectacular boasts a full band.

Lefra Productions' very successful annual national revue competition will be presented at Carnival City from 14 -24 August 2018. The finals will be presented in the Big Top Arena on 12 September 2018. Well-known radio and TV personality, Sue Pyler, will be presenting REVUE 2018. The judges are also well-known celebrities in South Africa's entertainment industry - Lizz Meiring, Helene Bester and Duane Williams. The Director is Frans Swart. REVUE is presented with the kind support of Carnival City, RSG, Stuttaford van Lines, Hollywood Costumes and Sounds Good.

RSG and Lefra Productions incredibly successful Oppiwater Arts Festival sails from 15 - 20 April 2018 this year on the MSC Sinfonia from Durban to Mozambique. Hennie Smit and Arina de Witt are onstage in AS DROME VLERKE KRY at this year's Aardklop National Arts Festival in Potchefstroom.
