Blackwater Distilling, Inc. ('Blackwater'), Maryland's oldest and most awarded craft distillery, today announced the release of Sloop Betty Caramel Flavored Vodka, an all-natural caramel variant of the distillery's award-winning Sloop Betty Vodka.
