City Opera Vancouver presents 'Song from the Uproar’ - a Celebration of Early Feminist Icon, Isabelle Eberhardt. Explore the adventurous and tragic life of Isabelle Eberhardt, an explorer, journalist, and sufi, in this Canadian premiere.

Young People's Theatre will present Frozen River (nîkwatin sîpiy), a timely play from Manitoba Theatre for Young People (MTYP). This award-winning production tells a story that spans seven generations, and explores themes of reconciliation, connection, and learning from those who have protected our waterways for centuries.

ONCE is playing as part of the Citadel Theatre's 2018-2019 season, running from September 22 to October 14. 

Artistic Director Daryl Cloran unveiled his 2018/19 season today, inviting audiences to ReImagine the stories, perspectives, and characters that come alive on the Citadel stages.

Sheridan College's Canadian Music Theatre Project (CMTP), under the leadership of Michael Rubinoff, Associate Dean of Visual and Performing Arts, is an international centre of excellence for the development of new musicals in Canada. Since its inception in 2011, 15 shows have been incubated, with four having enjoyed their professional premieres (Come From Away, The Theory of Relativity, Prom Queen and Marathon of Hope) and one opening on Broadway in 2017 (Come From Away).
