5th Annual Imagination Unchained Concert at Lauderhill Performing Arts Center

The 5th Annual Imagination Unchained Concert is a one-night-only Juneteenth celebration honoring 250 years of Black imagination, resilience, creativity, and achievement through live music, poetry, visual art, and storytelling. Featured performers include jazz vocalist and poet Marlo Vashti, diva songstress Cande Rivers, Emmy-nominated hip hop and R&B artist Alexander Star, and host and vocalist Tre Henderson. The event will also recognize recipients of the Patra Baker Technology Scholarship and feature visual artwork by Guyanese-born South Florida painter Dionne H.E. Polite.
