On the evening of Saturday August 4th two of our best local bands, "GoodbyEddie" and "Lawyers, Guns & Money" with David Becker of Heintz & Becker and Andy Mooney of Mooney & Stewart, to mention a few, will put on a show at the Manatee Players on Old Main Street in downtown Bradenton. Come join the nostalgia for a great night of music! The music starts at 7 p.m.

The 67 year old Manatee Players is slated to move into the Manatee Performing Arts Center at 502 Third Avenue West in Bradenton in March. The new building will feature badly-needed, dedicated classroom space, offering a full spectrum of theatre, music, dance and playwriting courses and camps for both young people and adults. While continuing to produce 8 award-winning main stage musicals, the company will also begin presenting non-musical contemporary, comedy, one-man shows and original works in a second, studio theater.

Space will also be available for use by community organizations and private companies to hold recitals, awards presentations, seminars, banquets and shows. One of the most significant aspects of the new Performing Arts Center, 6 years under construction, is that it will be completely handicap-accessible, both in front of the House and backstage. Manatee Players look forward to continuing to be a cultural and economic resource for downtown Bradenton, Manatee County and the entire west central Florida region.

Heintz & Becker invites you to match them with a $1,000 sponsorship or be a general sponsor for $500. Naturally, any contribution would be greatly appreciated by the community. Individual tickets will be available for $25. It would be an excellent outing for your office staff. Treat your staff, enjoy great rock and roll and do something positive for the community. It is truly a win-win-win. There will be a cash bar available before and during the concert.
Sponsorships, in addition to recognition, will include 8 tickets for $1,000 and 4 tickets for $500 with priority seating along with your logo or color ad being displayed above the bands as they play throughout the night and recognition in any promotional materials.

For sponsorships call Tom Nader at 941-737-6880, or e-mail him at tom4639@verizon.net. Tickets are currently available at the Manatee Players Box Office by calling 941-748-5875 and online at www.manateeplayers.com .
The Manatee Players are located at 102 Old Main Street in downtown Bradenton.
We look forward to a great evening and hope to see you there!
