A smash hit from the heart of Broadway, where it played for more than a year and a half, A JEW GROWS IN BROOKLYN is a musical comedy about the search for identity and meaning, chronicling the life of Jake Ehrenreich, an American-born child of Holocaust survivors.A JEW GROWS IN BROOKLYN is performed with a live band and features multi-media videos and photos. Through stories, comedy and music – including a classic rock medley (“California Dreamin’,” “Secret Agent Man” and “Sunshine of Your Love”), a multi-instrumental version of Louis Prima’s “Sing, Sing, Sing” and even a selection of Yiddish songs – Ehrenreich recreates his unforgettable journey of discovery and lessons learned.www.parkerplayhouse.com
