Broadway and TV's Jane Lynch Coming to the Holland

By:

Jane Lynch has launched a musical comedy tour following her Broadway debut in 2013's Annie. Jane Lynch: See Jane Sing will be at the Holland Performing Arts Center,13th and Douglas streets, Sunday, February 28, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. Tickets start at $20 through Ticket Omaha* at 402.345.0606, TicketOmaha.com or the Ticket Omaha office inside the Holland Performing Arts Center.

Lynch is no stranger to the stage. The Chicago native first cut her theatrical teeth at The Second City,
Steppenwolf Theatre and in many church basements all over the greater Chicagoland area. After her limited run
as Miss Hannigan in the musical Annie at the Leonard H. Goldenson Theater in New York, she has taken her
show on the road. In "See Jane Sing," Lynch mixes her signature quick wit with beloved Broadway songs. She'll
be joined onstage by Kate Flannery ("The Office") and Tim Davis, who arranged the music on "Glee." The trio will backed by the Tony Guerrero Quintet. Fans of Lynch's role as a cheery member of the New Main Street Singers in Christopher Guest's folk music mockumentary, "A Mighty Wind," may even hear a familiar song or two.

Lynch is the host of NBC's "Hollywood Game Night" for which she won an Emmy Award for Outstanding
Host in 2015, and stars in the series "Angel from Hell" which premiered on CBS in January 2016. Lynch also
recently wrapped the final season of "Glee" on FOX, earning an Emmy and Golden Globe for portraying the iconic character, Sue Sylvester. Some of her other recent credits include the STARZ series "Party Down"; "Lovespring," a Lifetime original series; "Desperate Housewives"; and "Weeds," as well as the last season of "The L Word." She also had recurring roles on "Two and a Half Men," "Criminal Minds" and "The New Adventures of Old Christine."

Lynch's recent film credits include "A.C.O.D.," "Three Stooges," "The 40-Year-Old Virgin," "Wreck-It Ralph," "Julie & Julia," "Shrek Forever After," "The Post Grad Survival Guide," "Paul" and "Brownie Masters." Lynch also
authored the autobiography "Happy Accidents," which topped several national best-sellers list, including the New York Times and LA Times.
