Turnover at IRT Theater

Daniel Malefist desperately needs a job. During his interview a tragic workplace accident occurs, creating an open position. Daniel acquires work under the severe Cindy Parmesan. She is determined to turn him into the ideal middle manager, someone as eager to defer to those above as to dominate those below. As the pressure to submit joyfully intensifies, Daniel questions if he’s cut out for management or if his first shift will be the one that kills him.
