MAY 17 & 18 IN NYC

New York City, Saturday & Sunday, MAY 17 & MAY 18 – A Class Act NY, the award-winning acting studio, will present four productions of LEGALLY BLONDE JR in New York City the weekend of May 17 and 18.

Legally Blonde JR follows the transformation of Elle Woods as she tackles stereotypes, snobbery and scandal in pursuit of her dreams. When Elle's boyfriend, Warner, dumps her and heads to Harvard, claiming she's not "serious" enough, Elle takes matters into her own hands, crafting a showy song-and-dance personal essay and charming her way into law school. Befriending classmate, Emmett, and spunky hairdresser, Paulette, along the way, Elle finds that books and looks aren't mutually exclusive.  As Elle begins outsmarting her peers, she realizes that law may be her natural calling after all.

The double-cast productions of LEGALLY BLONDE JR are produced by Jessica R. Grosman, Artistic Director and Founder of A Class Act NY. The show is directed by Rosie Jo Neddy, and choreographed by Emily Cobb with music direction by James Stryska. Meghan Carey serves as the Stage Manager.

There will be 4 chances to see the show throughout the weekend of May 17 and May 18 at the off-Broadway Riverside Theatre. Showtimes are 4PM and 7:30PM!
