At the center of Salida is Julio, a young Cuban American college student who finds himself caught between honoring his family's expectations and embracing his own truth. What begins as a tense Christmas Eve domino game unfolds into a moving, funny, and deeply human story about identity, family, and belonging.
Years later, Julio returns home reopening old wounds while rediscovering the Cuban heritage he once tried to leave behind.
