Following a run downtown, Josee Klein's immersive musical FALLING OUT is making its anticipated Off-Broadway transfer to Chelsea Table + Stage with new cast of open mic regulars. Get a first look at this transfer cast in the photos below!
The story takes place in a downtown New York music bar The Lounge, where ballads of lost loves and missed opportunities float on the air. Worlds collide when a melancholic transplant meets a musician with a past. Together they create a discordant harmony that will uncover the truths they both need to face to reshape their lives. Hailed as "so deeply felt-so exquisitely rendered" (Opening Night Reviews) and "intimate and immersive" (TheatreLife), this folk-rock musical is not to be missed.
This production features actor-musicians Graceann Kontak, Sam Vana, Emma Gervasi, Emilie Bienne, Austin Karkowsky, and Colum Goebelbecker.
The creative team includes Book, Music & Lyrics by Josée Weigand-Klein, Additional Materials by Meg Ledford, Musical Direction and Supervision by Calvin Hitchcock, Lighting Design by Zach Pizza, and Sound Design by Emerson Wachnik. The production is directed by Anthony Logan Cole with General Management by 3C Theatrical. Arrangements by Calvin Hitchcock and Josee Klein with Gideon Klein.
