MOXIE Theatre is casting the US Premiere of UNTITLED F*CK M*SS S**GON PLAY, written and directed by Kimber Lee.

What if we have learned from history, but we’re doomed to repeat it anyway?

Across decades and contexts, a woman finds herself in a toxic relationship with colonialism, Orientalism, and war—all dressed up in a suit. What happens when she puts her foot down? UNTITLED F*CK M*SS S**GON PLAY holds a funhouse mirror up to ridiculous romanticized projections to create a work of searing satire.

SEEKING ACTORS TO PLAY:

- KIM • Early 20s–early 30s, or can pass for early 20s. Asian American, cisgender woman.

- CLARK • Late 20s–early 30s, or can pass for this age range. White American, cisgender man.

- ROSIE • Late 40s–early 60s, or can pass for this age range. Asian American, cisgender woman.

- AFI/GORO • Early 20s–early 30s, or can pass for early 20s. Asian American, cisgender man.

- EVELYN • Late 20s–early 30s, or can pass for this age range. White American, cisgender woman.

- NARRATOR/BRENDA • 30s–40s. Any race except White/American. Cisgender woman.

PRODUCTION DATES

First Rehearsal: March 23, 2027

Tech: April 24–May 1, 2027

First Preview: May 2, 2027

Opening Night: May 5, 2027

Closing Night: May 31, 2027

Extension: June 6, 2027 (must be available)

This is a paid project.

SUBMISSION PROCESS

Please note: this is a submission-based casting process, not an open audition. We will screen submissions submitted through the provided forms before sending audition requests.

For actors who have already submitted, sides will begin going out self tapes on Monday, September 21, 2026.

Deadline to express interest in submitting: Monday, September 28, 2026

Initial self tapes due: Monday, October 5, 2026

Callbacks will be held in person only in San Diego, CA and NYC.
