Story line: Letters To Eve is a classic story of love, friendship, family, and honor. This epic WWII musical follows a Japanese American family and their plight through forced incarceration, an African American jazz musician captured during Germany's occupation of France, and the powerful spirit of music and literature. This breathtaking new work uncovers the lost letters of history and paint a pure picture of a fascinating era. Discover the power as these characters decide to stand up for whats right, and create a legacy for the ages!

This is a production is being remounted from its successful World Premiere in November 2016. Looking to fill in some characters and Understudy others.

17 to 25 years old, Asian female. Asian American, self-conscious, shy, beautiful, secretly loves Ray. Singer (Soprano)

[ MAKI - LEAD ]
18 to 25 years old, Asian male. Asian American, Ray's Partner in crime. The ambitious, loyal friend, side-kick type. Singer (Baritone tenor)

[ ARCHIE - LEAD ]
25 to 35 years old, Black/African American male. spiritual, musical, has seen enough to know music can get him through anything. Jazz Musician , must be able to play basic guitar. Singer (Tenor)

[ EDEN - LEAD ]
20 to 30 years old, Caucasian female. Jewish, lost family in concentration camps, Taught by Archie to find the music. Singer (High Alto)

[ KEN - PRINCIPAL ]
35 to 55 years old, Asian male. Asian American. Ray's Father, Honorable, smart, poetic, a key motivator for Ray. Singer (Baritone)

[ CHINATSU - PRINCIPAL ]
