PRODUCTION DESCRIPTION Casting hip six person A capella group to perform modern arrangements of holiday songs.
REHEARSAL AND PRODUCTIONS DATES & LOCATIONS Rehearsals begin on or around October 30 in North Hollywood. Performances begin November 19 in Valencia, California. Performance dates are Nov 17-20, Nov 23-25, Dec 1-2, Dec 8-9, Dec 15-16, Dec 19-23, Dec 26-30.
SEEKING TALENT Bass Singers: Young (looking under 30), energetic, all ethnicities. Must be good with tight harmonies – sight reading a plus.
Vocal Percussionist/Beatboxer: Male or female who can bring a fun, hip beat to holiday classics.
WHAT TO PREPARE Bass Singers: 32-bars of an A capella piece. Modern song or a modern interpretation of a holiday tune. Make sure it shows off range, style and energy. May be asked to sight read.
Vocal Percussionist/Beatboxer: Will be asked to listen to an A capella track and then create a beat around it.
AUDITIONS September 29, 2018. Callbacks on Sunday September 30, 2018.
