Final Auditions in Chandler for the Fall 2017 Choir season
The Phoenix Children's Chorus will be holding auditions for boys and girls entering
2nd - 8th grade July 27th at 6 pm and August 5th at 9 am at Chandler Gilbert Community College 2626 E. Pecos Road Chandler, AZ 85225.
This audition is for families interested in our new East Valley rehearsal location on the Chandler Gilbert Community College campus. Our East Valley choirs rehearse each Thursday evening starting August 17th.
Over 400 members of the Phoenix Children's Chorus participate in professional performances throughout the year and learn the basic elements of vocal technique, performance and musicianship skills. Summer music camp in Prescott, weekly rehearsals, music literacy and our two advanced touring choirs travel each summer nationally and internationally are just some of the training and experiences offered to our members.
Children interested in participating in the Phoenix Children's Chorus do not need a musical background. The Chorus is looking for children with pleasant, clear singing voices, who love to sing and can match pitch. PCC is a choral music education program that teaches children the fine art of choral music.
