SECOND DAY OF AUDITIONS FOR CHARLOTTE ’S WEB AT LEDDY, JUNE 20TH!!


E.B. White’s beloved story with music and lyrics by the Broadway master, Charles Strouse (Annie, Bye Bye Birdie, Applause, etc) and book by Award winning children’s playwright, Joseph Robinette, makes for “some musical!”, as Charlotte would say!

Director Elaine Gatchell announces a second day of auditions on Saturday, June 20, for the following wonderful roles for adults and teens in this beautiful story.

Leading adult solo singing roles are: Charlotte, Big Wilbur, John Arable, Martha Arable, Homer Zuckerman, Edith Zuckerman, Templeton the Rat, Goose, Gander, Sheep, Lamb, reporter.

Other major roles are Lurvy, goslings, fair-going adults, and Uncle.

Teenagers are needed for the roles of Sadie, Bat and Owl!!

We also need lighting and sound people for this show.


Call the box office at 603-679-2781, MTWF from 3-5pm or Thursday, 3-6pm to make your audition appointment!

Please bring a headshot and a prepared song to sing and act out. If auditioning for Charlotte, Big Wilbur, Homer or Edith Zuckerman, please pick up music at our office, MTWF, 3:00-5:00pm or Thursday from 3:00-6:00pm. Auditions are being held at Leddy Center theater at Verdant Pastures on Ladd's Lane in Epping, NH.

Rehearsals begin September 1, and are on Sunday afternoons at 1:00pm and Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6:00pm. Shows are October 23-November 11.

Leddy Center is celebrating its 40th Season of bringing Broadway musicals and classic drama to our greater communities as a non-profit 501c3 NH Arts and Education Organization.
