Maker of Worlds is a solo performance written by Wendy Schmidt and performed by Laura Ekstrand. Martha, a deity, decides to destroy the world and start over, only to discover that her husband Warren is the one who built the system ruining it in the first place. The play spans time and space, features the ghost of Jim Morrison, and deals with creation and the past catching up to you. It is part of Vivid Stage's Summer Solos series, performed on the lawn of the Visual Arts Center of NJ.
