Fair State at Visual Arts Center of New Jersey

Dates: 7/8/2026

📍 Theatre:
Visual Arts Center of New Jersey

Fair State is a solo performance written by Megan Gogerty and performed by Harriett Trangucci. When a woman loses her charming, unreliable, alcoholic father, she unearths evidence of her family's ancestral ties to the founding of the state of Iowa. The piece asks the audience what we do with our problematic relatives. It is part of Vivid Stage's Summer Solos series, performed on the lawn of the Visual Arts Center of NJ.
