Golda's Balcony by William Gibson is a portrait of the indomitable Meir, the Milwaukee schoolteacher who became Prime Minister of Israel in 1969. From the pogroms of Russia to the halls of the Knesset, Meir's life encapsulates the dramatic story of Israel in the 20th century.

Supervised by Scott Schwartz, Golda's Balcony earned Feldshuh a best actress Tony nomination and the Lucille Lortel Award for best actress. Following its Broadway run, the play was presented to acclaim on the West Coast and in London.

Feldshuh's many New York theater credits include roles in Yentl, Saravà!, Lend Me a Tenor and Three Sisters. Film audiences recognize her from Kissing Jessica Stein, A Walk on the Moon, Daniel and The Idolmaker. On television, she starred in Holocaust and Law & Order, for which she received Emmy nominations, The Amazing Howard Hughes and The Education of Max Bickford.
