It's the beginning of a long, hot, sultry Southern summer here in Music City-meaning there are plenty of opportunities to cool off in the air-conditioned comfort of a darkened theater, to be entertained by some very talented individuals and, quite frankly, to bask in the collective glow of some of the most beautiful actresses to be found anywhere.

Now, we're the last to try to stir up trouble or to further flame the fires of jealousy or envy, but we thought we'd share with you some photographs of some of those lovely ladies who could delight their audiences just by standing there-but whom inspire and encourage us all with their superb onstage talents.
