The Socaholix is a high-energy Caribbean dance band that has been gracing Twin Cities stages since 2010. Members hail from the Caribbean, Africa, and the United States. The band performs a genre known as soca, a hybrid of soul and calypso that is commonly found in the Eastern Caribbean. With this upbeat soca music, Socaholix creates a synergy on stage that is complex, compelling, and infectious.
