Hairspray follows Tracy Turnblad as she dances her way onto a local television show and helps spark change in her community. Featuring a score full of infectious songs, this musical is a celebration of individuality, inclusion, and the power of young people to challenge the status quo. Directed by Siddeeqah Shabazz, with music direction by Bradley Beahen and choreography by Michael Terrell Brown, this Tony Award-winning Best Musical comes to the Main Street Stage at Lyric Arts Company of Anoka.
